Q. How do I register for the Hunt?
A. All you need to do is become a member of Kids Fashion Review. Click here.

Q. How do I change my address, phone number, etc?
A. You may change your registration information at any time by updating your page on the KFR community site or by sending an email to competitions@kidsfashionreview.co.nz

A. If you need to edit or update your e-mail address, please send an email to competitions@kidsfashionreview.co.nz

 

 

 

Technical Information

Q. I will be using a computer from home and work. Do I need to register for each computer?
A. You can participate in The Great Fashion Hunt from both computers. Please only register once.

Q. Does it matter which browser I use?
A. Kids Fashion Review and the participating sponsors have done their best to make sure the websites work with all major browsers. (Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox Mozilla) However, you may be unable to view a website due to an older browser being used or system incompatibilities.

Q. So I have to visit every sponsors site, every day?
A. No. But the more sites you visit and collect hanger icons from, the more entries you will get for the prize packs.

 

 

 

Tracking Prize Entries

Q. How many Fashion icons do I need to find in the Hunt?
A. There are 78 Sponsors in the hunt. Each icon you find gives you one entry for the Prize Packs.

Q. How long do I have to find the Fashion icons?
A. The Great KFR Fashion Hunt will officially start at 9.00 am New Zealand time on November 1, 2009 and will end at midnight New Zealand time on November 30, 2009.

Q. When I have found all the Fashion icons for that day, do I need to do anything?
A. Yes, you need to fill out the form here. l. And get ready to find more icons and tons of great ideas and products the next day. Enjoy shopping! Be sure to check back frequently with the shops, they are adding specials all the time. Don't forget to bookmark your favorite sites.

 

Prize Winner Notification

Q. How are the prize winners selected in The Great KFR Fashion Hunt?
A. The Prize Packs and spot prizes will be selected in a RANDOM drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately December 5th, 2009.

Q. Can I see who the prize winners were?
A. On or about December 5th, 2009, the prize winners will be posted at Kids Fashion Review and each winner will be notified by e-mail.

 

Miscellaneous

Q. I can't find the Fashion icon!
A. The shops have been asked to locate the Fashion icon four clicks from the front page, but where you start your search among the menu items on each website also affects how many clicks it will take you to find the right page. They will also all give you a clue before you even start!

Sponsors have also been asked to respond to forum questions with hints if needed. Please do your best to locate the Fashion icon before asking. Remember, we want you to look around these sites.

Q. For what offenses might I be disqualified?
A. At Kids Fashion Review, we try to be as fair as possible. However, you will be disqualified for cheating. We consider cheating to be the sharing of a direct link to an hanger, code word or telling some-one directly, or indirectly, the page to find the hanger. Do not email/PM a direct link, code word or the location of the hanger. Do not post a direct link or the location of an hanger in a forum. If you are caught sharing a direct link/code word to a hanger, you will be immediately disqualified. There will be no second chances. Remember, for every hanger you give away you lessen your own chance at the prize.
You may also be disqualified for registering more than one email address for the same person or household, for registering more than one person per household, making up a false identity with which to hunt.
